【玩出禍】Samsung 玩「太空自拍」氣球衛星卻墜落民居

手機廠將手機射上太空玩「太空自拍」的宣傳手法，雖然昂貴但效果出色，之不過，大家千萬不要學 Samsung 這樣玩。

在美國的麥歇根州，民眾 Nancy Mumby-Welke 突然聽到農田發出的巨響，走到農田查看，卻發現有一枚像人造衛星的物件跌落農田，物件上有 Samsung 標誌、以及「SpaceSelfie」、「Raven Industries」字眼，證實是 Samsung 放的高空氣球衛星墜毀了。[the_ad_placement id=”ad2″]

事緣 Samsung 為了推廣 Galaxy S10，舉行「SpaceSelfie」活動，活動搜集用戶的自拍照片，然後傳送到 Galaxy S10 5G 之中，當中包括 Cara Delevingne 的自拍照片。然後 Samsung 利用氣球將固定 Galaxy S10 5G 的人造衛星送上 20 公里高的太空，以地球作背景拍攝 Galaxy S10 5G 螢幕顯示的自拍照片。氣球原本在 10 月 31 日才返回地面，但卻在 10 月 27 日墜落美國的農田。

Samsung 後來確認這次事件，但似乎不承認「墜毀」的事實，只承認氣球和衛星「已經返回地球」，並因應美國的天氣因素在選定的農地中軟著陸。儘管沒有傷亡，但 Samsung 對這次事件的發生感到抱歉。
