Word 處理 PDF 文件能力更高　Microsoft 365 測試可在 iPhone 轉檔至 DOCX

對於需要隨時隨地辦公的人而言，在手機上開啟檢視甚至需要填寫 PDF 文件實在不是一件陌生的事。向來我們都認知 Microsoft Word 不是一個合適開啟 PDF 的程式，Adobe 的 Acrobat Reader 相信是更好的選擇。不過在 iOS 的環境，微軟則不認同這句話，並有意加強 Word 處理 PDF 文件的能力，連轉檔都做得到。

iOS 版 Word 測試可把 PDF 文件轉檔至 DOCX

微軟最近表示，他們透過 Microsoft 365 Insiders 計劃，測試為 iOS 版 Word 提供 PDF 轉檔功能，就是把 PDF 文件轉檔為 DOCX，方便後續編輯文件內容。

當用家透過 iOS 的「檔案」程式開啟已儲存的 PDF 文件，然後可以選擇改用 Word 來開啟。最重要的是，Word 開啟文件後畫面底部會有一個轉換為 DOCX 的按鈕，顧名思義就是一鍵把文件轉換成 Word 的 DOCX 格式，那就可以避過 PDF 本身不能更改內容的問題，與一般 Word 文件一樣可以隨意更改內容。

微軟解釋為何有意新增 PDF 轉檔功能

對於為何要在 iOS 版 Word 準備推出 PDF 轉檔至 DOCX 的功能，微軟解釋不少用家需要利用不同程式，完成檢視、編輯、簽署、列印或轉換 PDF 的操作，對管理文件來說產生混亂、麻煩，以至增加操作所需的費用，甚至引發潛藏的安全問題。

言下之意，只要把 PDF 文件轉檔為 DOCX，統一由 Word 完成上述不同操作，不但方便，亦可免除各種麻煩，一站式辦妥所需工作。
