得物無所用？　有HomePod Mini用家投訴喇叭不能連接網絡

因HomePod Mini相宜的定價（$749），不少蘋果用家都有選購。不過有些用家發現，這款無線智能喇叭卻未能連接網絡，變成得物無所用。

有用家透過蘋果官方論壇反映指，自己新購置的 HomePod Mini 無法連接網絡，但同一網絡內其他 HomePod 卻沒有連接問題。奇怪的是，數小時後 HomePod Mini 突然回復正常。有較不幸的用家稱，自己使用了數分鐘後，HomePod Mini 就開始出現連接網絡問題。有同時購置三部 HomePod Mini 的用家更指，三部喇叭同時出現連接網絡問題，即使嘗試了不同方法，都無法解決問題。

對於上述問題，雖然蘋果曾建議受影響的用家將 HomePod Mini 重新開機，亦有建議將喇叭回復至出廠設定，但都成效甚微，問題很快就再出現。由於現時市面上已售出的 HomePod Mini 仍處於保養期內，所以受影響的用定可將喇叭送回蘋果原廠維修。
