5G 手機又如何？原來首款 5G SIM 卡至今仍正準備推出！

MWC 2019 手機大戰爆發，華為、小米、Samsung 等等手機大廠紛紛推出 5G 手機，企圖搶佔 5G 先機，但是，就算你今日買下了 5G 手機，5G 網絡功能目前只是擺設。莫說 5G 頻譜未完全分配，就連支援 5G 的 SIM 卡也未準備好。

就在 SIMalliance 公佈全新更安全 5G SIM 卡標準之後兩個月，Gemalto 宣佈已成功開發世界首款 5G SIM 卡，並預料在 2019 年上半年推出，並傾向內建 Snapdragon 855 處理器的裝置使用，該處理器支援高通 X50 5G 晶片。

Gemalto 的 5G SIM 卡分開三個外觀造型規格：實體 SIM 卡、eSIM 以及為物聯網而設計的 M2M SIM，所有規格均支援 3GPP 規範和 SIMalliance 對 5G SIM 的建議，支援無縫全球 5G 漫游、加密和匿名用戶身份，令 SIM 卡數據更安全。
