【大團圓結局】Apple Nokia宣佈和解 並達成新合作關係

蘋果同Nokia的專利糾紛在星期二宣佈正式結束，兩間公司仲握手言和做返好朋友添！

兩家公司在聯合聲明中宣布，已經解決所有的專利糾紛，並同意新的條款，往後多年會達成合作關係。

根據新協議，Nokia將會向Apple提供網絡基建施產品和服務，而Apple將與以前一樣，繼續在全球商店銷售Nokia的產品“Withings”健康手錶。更好的是，兩人將共同努力，開展新的電子健康產品計劃。

Nokia當時正起訴Apple超過32項手機專利，Apple於2016年12月起從商店抽出了Nokia的所有的產品，指責Nokia利用專利流氓的策略。專利流氓指一些利用專利侵權訴訟以獲取賠償，卻從沒生產其專利產品的個人或公司。

雖然交易條款保密，不過相信Nokia好快將收到Apple付款了！
