YouTube禁止瀏覽量少於10,000次的頻道播放廣告

YouTube採取新的廣告措施，決定禁止總瀏覽量少於10,000次的頻道上播放廣告。

YouTube表示，該措施從11月以來開始開發，希望阻止一些頻道以竊取其他原創內容，從而在平台中獲得收入。YouTube先前的廣告計劃一向比較寬鬆，所有的帳戶都可以申請在他們的影片旁邊投放廣告，而且亦不難獲得批准。

不過最近YouTube正在面臨廣告危機問題，部分影片包含了種族主義和其他令人反感的內容。Google已為錯誤道歉，並修改其政策，但廣告商如可口可樂及百事可樂都決定撤下廣告，這次的新廣告措施相信亦有助審查和控制這些頻道。
