太少人使用 YouTube 將移除單對單訊息收發功能

於 2017 年，YouTube 推出單對單收發訊息功能，讓已登入的用戶可以好像使用 Facebook、Instagram 般，直接跟其他用家聯絡，分享短片。雖然 YouTube 曾經預期這是實用的新功能，但因太少人使用，最終 YouTube 還是決定將之移除。

Google 決定由下月十九日起，YouTube 用家將不能再使用單對單收發訊息的功能，向個別用家分享短片。經過兩年來的發展，YouTube 較為專注如何改善公開對話系統，而且此功能實在太少人使用，得不到 Google 預期的效果，所以 Google 還是決定取消提供此功能。

雖然 YouTube 將不再提供單對單訊息收發功能，但一般用家還是可以透過多種方式與其他人分享 YouTube 短片，所以這不會帶來重大影響。
