吉野家在 5 月 31 日推出緊急罐頭食糧「吉野家缶飯シリーズ」，將 6 款在日本吉野家出售的牛肉飯、豬肉飯、牛燒肉飯、豬肉生姜燒飯、燒鹽鯖魚飯以及燒雞飯塞入一個像罐頭貓糧的罐頭之中然後密封，一罐重 160g，內含完整的飯餸，保質期 3 年，當然你需要將罐頭儲存到陰涼位置。

有了吉野家的罐頭飯，就算明日出現天災人禍，你也能吃到吉野家的味道，但日本網民卻很擔心這些「罐頭飯」的性價比。「吉野家缶飯シリーズ」已在日本吉野家官網發售，但留意只限日本送貨。全 6 款套裝售 4860 日圓，6 罐牛肉飯、6 罐豬肉飯、6 罐牛燒肉飯、6 罐豬肉生姜燒飯或 6 罐燒雞飯套裝均售 4860 日圓，至於 6 罐燒鹽鯖魚飯套裝便宜一些，售 4590 日圓。
