王祖藍Cosplay葫蘆娃娃 被判侵權 超過10萬元賠償！

北京互聯網法院對上海電影製片廠訴安徽衛視《來了就笑吧》綜藝節目侵權案作出一審判決，認定安徽衛視和節目製作方世熙公司構成侵權，要求立即停止播放「葫蘆兄弟」的相關內容，並賠償上海美術電影製片廠10萬元經濟損失及2000元合理支出。
