準備封鎖 微軟將推出兩項更新阻礙最新電腦平台使用 Windows 7

早兩日提到，微軟已決定封鎖 Intel 及 AMD 的最新電腦平台 Kaby Lake 及 Ryzen，禁止用家使用這兩款硬件平台的電腦使用 Windows 7。早前有傳聞指，微軟有意於 Windows Update 進行攔截，很快將成事實。

在只供技術人員使用的 Windows 更新預覽中，今個月就已經包括了兩項更新，代號分別是 KB4012218, KB4012219。安裝這兩項更新後，會於 Windows 7 或 Windows 8.1 執行 Windows Update 前，先掃瞄電腦的硬件配搭，確保不是使用最新的平台。

這兩項更新，如無意外將於下月的每月更新包中發送予所有 Windows 7 及 8.1 用家下載安裝。這符合早前指出使用 Kaby Lake 或 Ryzen 平台的用家是不能於 Windows 7 或 8.1 內使用 Windows Update 下載更新的說法。
