6月 Windows 10 更新又有黑屏? 微軟教你簡單的解決方法！

上個星期二，微軟發佈了對所有 Windows 10 支援版本推送2019年6月的累積更新。而不到五日在6月15日就發現了一個問題，微軟確認對於Windows 10版本1809和版本1803，6月的更新可能導致少數設備出現黑屏Bug的問題。

 

而這個黑屏問題僅會在安裝更新後出現，即第一次登入系統時就會顯示黑屏。微軟對此在更新文件中描述，解釋表示「我們正在調查有關少量設備在安裝更新後，首次登入系統時可能啟動黑屏的錯誤報告。」微軟就稱有一個很簡單的解決方法。

 

 

即如果安裝Windows 10 2019年6月累積更新後遇到黑屏後，建議按照下面列出的步驟操作便可以：首次按住鍵盤的 Ctrl + Alt + Delete 鍵；之後點擊登入屏幕上的電源按鈕，之後選擇「重新開機」便可以了！至於值得注意的是 2019 Windows 10更新五月版（版本1903），就不受任何黑屏Bug的影響，可以放心更新，要更新成（版本1903）可點擊PC3之前的文章：《肯按就會有 Windows 10 現可透過 Windows Update 安裝大更新》！
