在今年1月9日，Microsoft 就宣佈自2019年12月10日開始，停止向 Windows 10 Mobile 用戶推送安全更新、非安全修補程序、免費的協助支援選項或聯機技術內容更新。而2月份已發佈關於Windows 10 Mobile 的2月安全性的更新，Windows Mobile Version 1709用戶獲得推送後，更新完便可升級到Build 15254.552。
至於用戶若是 Windows 10 Mobile Creators Update（Version 1703），升級後版本號為Build 15063.1631。而Windows 10 Mobile Build 15254.552和Windows 10 Mobile Build 15063.1631包含針對Windows應用、Edge瀏覽器、Windows圖形和Windows內核的安全更新。
同時推出的更新還有為Windows 10、Windows 7和相應的伺服器、Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1、Windows 8.1、Server 2012 R2、以及初版Windows Server 2012，以及為Windows 7/8.1帶來累積更新。當中 Windows 7 SP1 和 Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1的用戶，可獲得KB4486563累積更新。而Windows 7 / 8.1 和相應的Windows Server 版本的所有更新就為KB4486564安全更新，Windows 8.1和Windows Server 2012 R2平台就獲得KB4487000更新，當中包含了與KB4486563相同的修復和改進。
