每一Windows 10版本，都有其產品周期。期限過後，就不再獲得微軟官方支援。微軟公布，由美國時間下月八日起，版本 1903 的Windows 10不再獲得由微軟提供的各種安全性更新檔。換言之，系統於當天之後，安全風險就會比其他較新版本Windows 10 為高。

即使用家不理會微軟的公告，往後可如常使用版本 1903 Windows 10，但微軟仍提醒現有版本 1903 Windows 10 用家，應及早將系統更新至最新版本，以獲得各項官方系統更新。
