很多人也曾試過無緣無故被加入至不明的 WhatsApp 群組，需要趕快退出並作出封鎖。為使用家不再遇上這種令人煩擾的情況，WhatsApp 將推出新的私隱選項，讓用家決定誰可邀請自己加入群組。

最近，WhatsApp 公布將推出新的私隱政策，讓用家自行決定誰可邀請自己加入群組。既可以是任何人，也可以是只有用家的聯絡人，或是沒有人能邀請自己加入群組。若用家選取的是第二個選項，就代表即使對方擁有自己的手機號碼，但用家並沒有將對方的手機號碼加入聯絡人清單，仍然不會被對方邀請加入至群組中。

現時，WhatsApp Beta 已推出了上述的新功能，而在未來數週將推廣至所有用家，讓大家日後都免除了「被踢入group」的煩惱。
