因為一個 Emoji WhatsApp 被印度告上法庭

平日我們用 WhatsApp 與朋友對話，都會用上不少 Emoji。有些例如講粗口、中指更可用以表達我們的憤怒。不過，因為一個中指 Emoji，就惹上官非了。
在印度，當地律師 Gurmeet Singh 將 WhatsApp 告上法庭，指出WhatsApp 顯示的中指 Emoji 具冒犯性，並不符合當地法規。他指出，根據印度法律，任何人都不可向女性展示冒犯性的手勢。而且，他援引愛爾蘭法規，指出當地舉中指也是犯法。他要求 WhatsApp 在收到法庭文件後，要在15日內移除中指 Emoji。不過，WhatsApp 暫時未作回應。

雖然 WhatsApp 有舉中指、講粗口 Emoji 實在傳神，但在有些地方違法也是事實。究竟一場官司，會否令大家日後都不能使用舉中指的 Emoji 呢？
