對應疫情　WhatsApp 限制影片動態至最多十五秒

因為現時武漢肺炎疫情嚴重，很多人都已改為在家工作，相應對即時通訊程式的需求更大。為了應付更大的數據流量，WhatsApp 決定採取新措施，確保人人都可流暢地使用 WhatsApp。

向來，我們可透過 WhatsApp 內的限時動態功能，上傳每一條最長 30 秒的短片。可是，WhatsApp 母公司 Facebook 決定作出新限制，將時限減半。這項措施暫時適用於印度，以減低數據流量，減輕伺服器的負擔。除了印度，不排除 Facbook 會將措施擴展至其他國家及地區。

此外，Facebook 表示已加強 WhatsApp 的伺服器，以支持多一倍的流量，防止因流量太大而令服務中斷。這對我們日常使用不會帶來影響，但起碼減低程式暫停服務的機會，可算是一件好事。
