更新程式是條件 WhatsApp 群組視像通話功能將逐步開通

早前於 Facebook 的 F8 開發者大會上，朱克伯格指出 WhatsApp 將推出群組視像及語音通話功能。不過，一直只有部分獲邀的用家才能測試新功能，亦將會先讓 iOS 用家使用新功能。除了 iOS 用家，Android 用家亦已獲確認可使用新功能。

一直以來，WhatsApp 只提供單對單的語音及視像通話功能。不過現在 WhatsApp 已將功能擴展至群組。對於 Android 用家，需要先更新至 WhatsApp Beta 版本 2.18.162。當用家需要使用群組語音或視像通話，就要在進行單對單對話時，點擊右上方的按鈕，加入其他聯絡人至對話中。

不過大家要留意的是，群組語音及視像通話功能並不是更新至指定版本 WhatsApp 就必然可以使用。由於今次會是由 WhatsApp 官方於伺服器一方進行更新，加入新功能，所以全球各地用家將逐步可以使用新功能。
