不是網絡連線問題　WhatsApp 全球收發訊息出現故障（更新︰已回復正常）

現時大家應該都會發現，進入 WhatsApp 後不論是對話列表，還是個別的單對單或群組對話，都無法收發訊息。這不是大家的網絡連線有問題，而是 WhatsApp 服務出現全球性的故障所致。


世界各地都有反映 WhatsApp 故障

有時當我們的手機網絡連線暫時中斷，WhatsApp 畫面上方就會顯示「正在連線…」的字樣。可是，即使我們現在網絡正常，不論是在單對單對話還是群組對話，都只可查看舊有訊息，而不能收發新訊息。即使是切換網絡連線方式也不管用。

而在網站 DownDetector，亦有數據顯示由本港時間下午3時起，世界各地匯報 WhatsApp 出問題的報告數量急升，而受影響的國家及地區除香港外，亦包括印尼、西班牙、埃及、意大利等地。


WhatsApp 官方未有公告事故

目前，WhatsApp 並沒有任何官方聲明提及今次故障，當然我們亦暫時無法得知事故原因。惟有我們臨時改用其他即時通訊程式，以至撥打電話，以取代 WhatsApp 好了。

更新︰WhatsApp 母公司 Meta 發言人向媒體 TechCrunch 表示，公司已經知悉部分用家無法收發訊息的問題，現時 Meta 方面正進行搶修，期望盡快恢復服務。

更新（16:45）︰WhatsApp 服務現已回復正常。
