舊機仲有用 WhatsApp 承諾支援 Android 2.3.7 至 2020年

雖然現在看回當年的 Android 2.3.7，已是年代久遠的事，但有些用家仍會保留一部運行 Android 2.3 的手機，當作後備機或 Pocket WiFi 之用。如大家仍有使用這些舊手機，最少還有年半可以使用 WhatsApp。

最近，WhatsApp 於其自家網誌公布，他們將會支援 Android 2.3.7 或更舊版本的系統直至 2020 年 2 月 1 日。期間，在這年半期間，用家仍可正常使用 WhatsApp。不過於期限過後，用家不只是無法獲得支援，而是會無法使用 WhatsApp。自 Google 於 2010 年推出 Android 2.3 以來，代表著 WhatsApp 可用上足足十年。

雖然 Google 的資料顯示只有百分之 0.3 的裝置仍運行 Android 2.3，但 WhatsApp 的決定能照顧到少數用家的需要，是一大好事。若大家手上仍有運行 Android 2.3 的舊手機，不用心急送往堆填區，它還是可用的。
