土耳其軍用無人機自主獵殺人類 智能叛變真實發生？

聯合國安理會利比亞問題專家小組，今年3月在「新科學人」雜誌發表報告指出，利比亞政府軍和「利比亞國民軍」指揮官哈夫塔去年3月衝突期間，土耳其軍事科技公司STM製造的一架軍用無人機Kargu-2，在沒有特定指令的狀況下，於利比亞自主獵殺1人。

無人機Kargu-2

Kargu-2擁有敵方辨識系統和炸藥，可以用神風特攻隊的攻擊方式，撞擊目標並引爆炸藥。無人機當時以「高效」自主模式運行，不需要人類操作員下達指令。報告指出，「致命自動武器系統被程式編寫為，不需要操作員和炸藥間的資料連接」，暗示無人機是自主攻擊。

美國馬里蘭州恐怖主義研究專家 Zak Kallenborn 表示，「這可能是無人機首次自動攻擊人類」。其中，最大的問題在於「無人機誤判目標的頻率有多高。」
