台積電推 5nm 製程技術！暗示 2020 年 iPhone 處理器規格！

2020 年 iPhone 的處理器也許有著落了，蘋果 iPhone 處理器供應商台積電最近發佈了 5nm 晶片設計架構。

台積電指利用 5nm 製程技術，在 ARM Cortex-A72 核心之下，可比同牌子 7nm 製程處理器提供 1.8 倍邏輯密度以及 15% 速度提升，附上更佳的 SRAM 以及更小的面積。5nm 製程獲益於 EUV 印刷進程簡易化，產量學習方面取得巨大進展，技術最成熟。

台積電計劃投資 250 億美元，令 5nm 製程處理器可以在 2020 年量產。台積電從 2016 年開始獨家供應 A 系列處理器，如果供應商沒有改變的話，2020 年 iPhone 的 A14 處理器也可能會採用台積電的 5nm 製程技術製造。
