路透社：《抖音》欲數日內撤出香港

《抖音》作為新興影片社交平台，但最近的日子一直不好過。在被印度政府封殺之後，連香港也容不下《抖音》。

《抖音》的營運商字節跳動發言人向路透社指，鑑於近日發生的事件，《抖音》會在日內退出香港市場，這意味著香港 App Store 和 Google Play 隨時沒法再下載到國際版《TikTok》應用程式。目前《抖音》的 CEO 是前迪士尼高層 Kevin A. Mayer，他曾提及過即使《抖音》是中資，但在中國以外的數據不會儲存到中國之中。[the_ad_placement id=”ad2″]

中國人大 6 月尾通過《港區國安法》並強行列入《香港基本法》附件三，繞過所有香港本地立法程序直接執行，當中有條文要求公司需要配合政府的調查交出用戶數據，但蘋果、Facebook（包括 WhatsApp）、Twitter、Telegram 等科技大企業已宣佈不會處理由香港特區政府索取用戶數據的請求。[the_ad_placement id=”ad2″]

除了近月在香港的不安事件之外，人數過少也是《抖音》撤出香港的因素。《抖音》在香港是以國際版《TikTok》名義推出，在 2019 年 9 月有 15 萬用戶，但是因為「中國 App」的身份，《抖音》未能吸引香港用戶廣泛使用。
