最近 Instagram 用戶 Mike Holston 在 Instagram 分享了一段第三方轉載影片，影住一隻黑猩猩拿著 iPhone XS 使用 Instagram。這隻黑猩猩神情純熟地拿著手機，看著 Instagram 裡面的各種照片和影片，雖然未至於懂得裡面的文字，但牠竟然懂得轉換標籤頁，查看其他黑猩猩的影片，充滿悠然自得的樣子。

有外媒 Motherboard 調查之下，有關影片也許是由 Myrtle Beach Safari 的 Instagram 帳號「docantle」開始傳出，但 Mike Holston 在 Instagram 轉載後卻獲得 140 萬觀看次數，但卻獲大量 Reddit 和 Twitter 網民廣泛分享。

大家可能想不到，Instagram 的介面，連黑猩猩都懂得使用。當然，這影片亦引來動物學家批評，Jane Goodall 對黑猩猩的不恰當描寫感到失望，利用社交網絡的病毒式傳播，甚至促進非法動物交易。
