SEGA 宣佈 PS4、Switch、PC 版《Team Sonic Racing》（チームソニックレーシング）會在 5 月 21 日發售。此前 SEGA 曾宣佈本作延遲，現在終於發售有期了。 SEGA 在 YouTube 頻道 SONICMOVIECHANNEL 公開了兩段影片，展示大量極速遊戲畫面，遊戲支援單人、小隊對戰模式，更支援線上對戰。
