容量巨無霸 Sandisk 公布 8TB 外置 SSD 原型品

今時今日，外置硬碟的容量愈來愈大，而近年 SSD 的價錢更趨便宜，外置 SSD 也日漸普及。在 CES 2020，Sandisk 展示一款 8TB 外置 SSD 的原型品，相信這是目前世界上最大容量的外置 SSD。

於 CES 2020，不同品牌都公布他們的新品，讓外界先睹為快。Sandisk 則發表了 8TB 外置 SSD 的原型品，容量比市面上可購的外置 SSD 大得多。而 Sandisk 亦表示，這是目前最大容量的外置 SSD，速度亦會達到 20GB/s。不過，Sandisk 並未有進一步說明這款外置 SSD 的規格詳情。

究竟 Sandisk 會否真的推出這款超大容量的外置 SSD，仍是未知之數。但在 5G 網絡將會普及化，而影片畫質正向著 8K 進發，對外置硬碟容量的需求將有增無減。Sandisk 有此規劃，亦十分正常。
