面對批評 三星承諾未來將繼續改善 Galaxy S10 指紋掃瞄表現

今代三星旗艦機 Galaxy S10 新增了過往多代也沒有的屏下指紋掃瞄功能，迎合現時手機業界的潮流。不過，它的掃瞄準確度受到部分用家質疑。面對外界的批評，三星亦有所回應。

三星發言人稱，用家之所以感覺到 Galaxy S10 的屏下指紋掃瞄表現沒有想像中那麼好，是由不同因素所致。這既可能是用家的指頭太乾燥，也可能是指頭有損傷，都會影響掃瞄指紋的準確度。

發言人又表示，三星已經在 Galaxy S10 推出一星期後發布首次軟件更新，改善指紋掃瞄的表現。而他們亦會在日後繼續推出更新，進一步改善指紋掃瞄的表現。

對於三星而言，Galaxy S10 是品牌首次加入屏下指紋功能，不能在大眾面對失威，所以是不會主動承認指紋掃瞄功能的表現未必合符預期。而他們承諾日後將會持續改善指紋掃瞄的表現，縱使只是正常不過的說法，但總算是負責任的表現。
