香港也有份 Samsung Health 整合 Calm 健康指導功能

今時今日，大家都更注重身體健康的重要。蘋果、三星都有於手機內置健康相關應用程式，紀錄用家的健身數據以至可用以監察身體狀況變化。三星的 Samsung Health 最近整合了另一健康應用程式 Calm 的服務，有助用家改善睡眠質素及舒緩壓力。

三星公布由即日起，Calm 加入至 Samsung Health。用家可在程式內，連接至 Calm 的帳戶，展開不同的個人健康計劃，幫助舒緩壓力、放鬆心情。若用家同時使用最新的 Galaxy Watch Active，更可展開或暫停現時進行中的計劃，以及在計劃結束後查看壓力水平的變化。

三星同時指出，整合了 Calm 的 Samsung Health 適用於運行 Android Pie 的三星手機，包括即將推出的 Galaxy S10。除了美國、英國及澳洲外，香港、新加坡及南非等合共十個國家及地區都可率先使用新功能。
