中國網友不孤單 俄羅斯通過議案禁止vpn服務

繼中國收緊vpn服務後，俄羅斯稱為了防止極端主義思想擴散，議會更加立法禁止使用虛擬專用網絡、VPN和其他互聯網代理服務。

俄國下議院國家杜馬，已於星期五一致通過了該項法案，要求互聯網供應商向提供VPN服務的網站列入黑名單。俄羅斯國民將不能夠透過VPN瀏覽被禁止的網站或內容。法案背後的立法者認為，措施可強制禁止極端主義內容在網上傳播。

該法案通過後，再經過上議院俄羅斯聯邦委員會批准，及總統簽字後便會生效，約明年一月開始實施。俄羅斯當局近年來一直打擊互聯網自由，更有指希望互聯網公司在俄羅斯服務器上儲存用戶的私隱數據。這次議案，反普京派就認為其實是打壓言論自由的手法。
