80-90 年代機迷一定知道 KONAMI 的遊戲大作都有一隻共同的「金手指」：Konami Code「↑↑↓↓←→←→ba」。

Konami 宣佈創造 Konami Code「↑↑↓↓←→←→ba」的遊戲設計師橋本和久逝世，終年 79 歲。Konami Code 是橋本和久因為發現製作的遊戲《宇宙巡航艦》難度太高，希望籍此「金手指」祕技協助玩家過關爆機。後來 KONAMI 將 Konami Code 發揚光大，同樣 KONAMI 出品的《魂斗羅》、《BEMANI》甚至《Metal Gear》系列遊戲出現了 Konami Code 的多個變種版本，輸入方式以及效果有很大分別。
