蘋果美國官網推出翻新版 iPhone XS 和 iPhone XS Max，截稿前仍然有偵的型號很多，從金色、銀色、太空灰色外殼，到 64GB、256GB 和 512GB 容量都有，所有型號無鎖 SIM。翻新版 iPhone XS 64GB、256GB、512GB 售價分別是 US$699、US$829、US$999，翻新版 iPhone XS Max 64GB、256GB、512GB 售價分別是 US$799、US$929、US$1099。供貨量有限，購買的話出貨時間是 1 至 2 個工作日。

留意的是 iPhone XS 翻新機目前只限美國 Apple Store，數量有限，售完即止，手快有手慢無。另外 iPhone 只限地區保，美版 iPhone 保養範圍只限美國，要獲得蘋果官方維修，可能要將手機送回美國。從美國 AOS 購買 iPhone 是需要利用第三方代購或集運形式，才能送到美國本土 50 州以外。
