零售商 Falabella 發表聲明表示，因為一台裝滿 PS5 的運輸貨車被搶劫，原定推出日可以取貨的一批玩家未能如期獲得 PS5，取貨日期需要延後至 12 月 15 日才能提供給玩家。

另外，Falabella 會提供補償給受影響的玩家，內容包含12個月份的PlayStation Plus會員資格，以及 5 萬智利比索 (約 $510) 港幣的禮品卡。暫時未知搶劫事件的被盜數量、事件發生的地點以及損失的金額。
