《Pokémon GO》在暑假在芝加哥、多蒙特和橫濱舉行 Pokémon GO Fest，並舉行 Willow 博士的「全球大挑戰 2019」，由於三個挑戰均告捷，故 Niantic 決定在 9 月的連續三個星期送出獎勵。

Niantic 最近在英文版《Pokémon GO》的 Pokémon GO Live 發表長篇文章，除了分享在橫濱的「Pokémon GO Fest 2019」情況之外，在 9 月的 Willow 博士全球大挑戰終極獎勵會在 8 月 20 日公開，但卻已經在長篇文章中提供了預覽。

9 月 3 日至 9 月 9 日

• 城都地區寶可夢在地圖和團體戰出現率提高
• 精靈蛋可以孵出新的寶可夢

9 月 10 日至 9 月 16 日

• 全球寶可夢將會參與盛典
• 神祕的寶可夢會在團體戰出現

9 月 17 日至 9 月 23 日

• 不常見的寶可夢會在地圖出現
• 著名的對手（暗指更神祕的寶可夢）也在團體戰中出現
• 未在你所在位置出現的關都地方的地區限定寶可夢會出現
