買錯 PS 遊戲內容？PlayStation Store 提供有條件 14 日內退款！

PlayStation Store 最近更新了退款政策，正式支援內容購買後 14 日內退款，但是條件頗為兇狠。

今次 PlayStation Store 的 14 日退款政策包括遊戲、遊戲追加內容、季票、遊戲內消耗品、預購、像「買二送一」的促銷套裝，但是有關 14 日內退款機制有一個頗兇狠的條件，就是「前提是您尚未開始下載或串流有關內容」。

至於購買 PlayStation Plus 會籍計劃者，在首次交易日期之後 14 日內取消會籍並退款，每個帳號只限退款 1 次，過了 14 日之後，你需要關閉自動續期停止支付下期會費，就會在會籍限期屆滿後自動停止會籍。

不過，PSN 電子錢包儲值以及在 PlayStation Store 以外購買的產品不獲 14 日退款保障。

如要申請退款者可聯絡 PlayStation 的客戶服務熱線，你需要提供你的線上ID、登入ID (電郵地址)以及希望退款的產品名稱。
