PlayStation 5 主機官方全面拆解　三重散熱系統提升散熱效能

PlayStation 官方不等 iFixit 拆機了，最近拍攝影片自行拆解 PlayStation 5 （PS5） 主機，向大家逐一介紹 PS5 的內部構造。

PS5 主機比 PS4 主機大，體積約 104 x 390 x 260（mm），運算能力和靜音表現有顯著提升。主機橫置的時候仍然需要底座支橕，但不會像垂直擺放的時候需要在底座上螺絲固定。機身正面有 USB Type-C 和 USB Type-A 接口，背面則有兩個支援 SuperSpeed USB 的 USB Type-A 接口、LAN 連接埠、HDMI 連接埠和電源端子。

三大散熱機制保持 PS5 涼快

PS5 主機以三大散熱機制包括大型的風扇和通風系統、自訂形狀的熱導管散熱鱗片以及液態金屬熱界面材料大幅提升散熱效果。未拆解機身之前，你可發現機身正面有兩排會發藍光的通風孔，背面除了連接埠之外全都都是排氣口，揭開兩邊白色面蓋你可以看到機身兩側設有直徑 120mm 厚 45mm 的大型風扇，從兩邊吸入大量空氣。

除了龐大的風扇之外，PS5 主機內部使用熱導管和散熱鱗片作散熱，形狀和氣流使其達到與均溫板相同的性能。另外在主機板採用準備了兩年的液態金屬熱界面材料 TIM，實現長時穩定的高冷卻性能。

825GB SSD 鑲入主機板，支援擴充 M.2 SSD

拆卸護蓋之後可以看到內部構造，包括被金屬材質覆蓋再加上雙層避震墊作隔音的 Blu-ray 光碟機，同時確定 PS5 主機詳細規格：包括 8 核 16 執行緒 AMD Ryzen「Zen 2」處理器時脈達 3.5GHz、AMD Radeon RDNA 2 GPU 時脈達 2.23GHz 浮點運算速率達 10.3 TFLOPS、8 個 GDDR6 記憶體顆粒組容量 16GB 最大頻寬達 448Gbps、直接嵌入主機板並以自製控制器令資料傳輸率提升至 5.5GBps 的 825GB SSD 晶片組、支援 Wi-Fi 6 和藍牙 5.1 的晶片以及 350W 火牛。另外在散熱風扇旁邊有一個擴充 SSD 硬碟位置，支援 PCI 4.0 M.2 介面 SSD 硬碟。
