大家集氣啦！ Nvidia 呼籲分享 GPU 運算力對抗武漢肺炎！

用開 Nvidia 顯示卡的你是時候幫手為對抗武漢肺炎（COVID-19）集氣了。

Nvidia 在 Twitter 之中呼籲 PC 用戶下載 Folding@home 應用程式，去分享閒置的運算能力，讓科學家們可以進行武漢肺炎疾病研究。這個計劃會把電腦連接到國際網絡，並使用閒置的 GPU 運算能力去計算大量複雜的電腦運算工作，你可以控制是否分享算力，例如如果你正在玩電腦遊戲，可以設定不分享算力算力。

Folding@home 應用程式已實行多年，當年亦透過 PS3 的閒置算力進行科學研究。今次進行呼籲的目的，是要模擬引起武漢肺炎的病毒 SARS-Cov-2 以及研發相關病毒的潛在可藥物化蛋白靶標。[the_ad_placement id=”ad2″]
