任天堂又贏了！日本 MariCar 賽車侵權官司終極敗訴要賠 5000 萬日圓

以後去東京隨時無「Mario Kart」玩了，因為 MariCar 營運方 Mari Mobility 已經被日本法院判決終極敗訴。

1 月 29 日日本知識產權高等法院就一宗 MariCar 營運方 Mari Mobility 侵犯任天堂版權的訴訟作出裁決，Mari Mobility 敗訴，需要為侵犯任天堂的知識產權賠償 5000 萬日圓（折合約 357.76 萬港圓），比在 2018 年的判決要重。

任天堂在 2017 年控告 Mari Mobility 營運的 MariCar 侵犯任天堂版權，要求被訴方停止侵權行為和賠償 1000 萬日圓，2018 年法院判勝訴，被告不服上訴之餘，更試圖將 MariCar 改頭換面，但最終不敵任天堂法務部的法眼。[the_ad_placement id=”ad2″]

總而言之，法務部又再次取得保護任天堂版權戰爭的勝利了。
