夾擊 PlayStation！傳微軟欲將 Xbox 遊戲串流到任天堂 Switch！

微軟近年大舉跨平台戰略，入侵其他平台，例如將 Office 軟件支援 iOS、Android，不只如此，微軟亦希望 Xbox 的遊戲可以登陸 Switch 平台。

從多個消息人士和網站包括 Direct-Feed Games 指，微軟正與任天堂合作，希望將 Xbox 產品和服務登陸於任天堂的 Switch 平台。這個進取舉動，除了令微軟製作的《Ori and the Blind Forest》遊戲移植到 Switch 之外，還在 Switch 推出 Xbox app，以 Microsoft xCloud 技術以及 Xbox Game Pass 串流遊戲服務，將需要更強規格的 Xbox 遊戲包括《Halo》串流到到 Switch 運行。

雖然微軟 Xbox 遊戲參入任天堂 Switch 平台的消息甚囂塵上，但消息並未確定是否包括 Xbox Live。至於 xCloud 技術，微軟在 2018 年 10 月曾在 Android 手機示範過串流 Xbox 遊戲（影片在下方），因此在 Switch 串流 Xbox 遊戲，並沒有太大的技術問題。
