微軟推 macOS 版 Edge 瀏覽器　支援 IE 模式瀏覽舊網頁

微軟最近相當多事發生，早前結束了 Windows 7 的延伸支援，不少人趕著升級系統到 Windows 10。而最近微軟亦走出一步，發佈了 macOS 版 Edge 瀏覽器，重新進入 macOS 瀏覽器領域。

macOS 版 Edge 瀏覽器以 Google Chromium 為基礎，介面設計像 Windows 版本一樣，整合 Bing 搜尋介面，但微軟將 Edge 介面變得像 Mac 機一樣，你可以從 Chrome Web Store 和 Microsoft Addons Store 下載插件，甚至利用內置的 Internet Explorer 相容模式瀏覽只支援舊版 IE 的舊網頁。

macOS 版 Edge 瀏覽器是繼 2003 年停止開發 Internet Explorer 之後，重返 macOS 瀏覽器領域。微軟表示瀏覽器開發的目的，是了為用戶改善效能和提供更佳的網絡瀏覽體驗，亦為網頁開發者減少開發工作。

至於更新方面，Edge 一改 IE 的做法，以每日、每星期和每幾個星期更新 Canary、Dev 和 Beta 版本，在最初版本推出之後，下一個穩定版本預計會在 2 月推出。除了 macOS 之外，以 Chromium 為基礎的 Edge 瀏覽器也支援 Windows 7/8/8.1/10、iOS、Android。
