小米為需要快速充電的手機用戶提供了最新外置電池選擇，推出了「小米移動電源 3 10000mAh USB-C 雙向快充版」外置電池，並於小米商城開售。

「小米移動電源 3 10000mAh USB-C 雙向快充版」外置電池以一體成型鋁合金金屬外殼，兩邊採用 CNC 鏤邊工藝加上二次陽極處理，堅固耐用。採用 10000mAh 高密度鋰聚合物電芯，內建多重電路保護。機身附 USB-A 和 USB-C 雙接口輸出，USB-C 接口支援雙向 18W MAX 快速充電，USB-A 亦支援 18W MAX 快速充電，雙接口同時輸出功率達 5V/3A，並以智能識別裝置充電電流，聲稱只需 1.7 小時可為小米 MIX 2S 充滿電，只需 1.9 小時可為 iPhone XS 充滿電。另外也支援 2 小時小電流充電模式，為小米藍牙耳機和小米手環充電。

機身頂部有 4 顆 LED 電量指示燈，顯示外置電池電量，用盡了，也可以透過 18W MAX USB-C 接口快速回血，以 9V2A 電源轉換器最快只需 4 小時充滿電。小米聲稱「小米移動電源 3 10000mAh USB-C 雙向快充版」符合國際航空標準，單個外置電池能量小於 100mWh，且通過 UN38.3 測試，可上飛機。
