《 Mario Royale 》被指侵權下架！改名《DMCA Royale》撿槍「控訴」！

一個星期之前，有開發者將《超級瑪利歐兄弟》遊戲變成大逃殺遊戲《 Mario Royale 》，100 個 Mario 鬥快跑到終點。因為遊戲圖案以及玩法實在太似《超級瑪利歐兄弟》遊戲原作，當時開發者 InfernoPlus 已經預料到任天堂會利用法律攻勢企圖使這套《Mario Royale》下架。

不意外地任天堂真的展開法律攻勢，《Mario Royale》很快因為涉嫌觸犯美國的 DMCA 被檢舉下架，即使改名和修改部分素材也不行。結果，InfernoPlus 需要重新設計遊戲的圖案，將《Mario Royale》變成《DMCA Royale》，玩法沒變，但遊戲音樂、角色、道具都已經有所改變。
