蘋果已經表明，Apple Intelligence 的功能尚未齊全。除了本身會分階段推出，同一程式內亦會出現個別功能暫時未可用，甚至同一程式可見於 iPhone，但不可見於 Mac 的情況。而在「郵件」程式中的電郵自動分類功能，就正是只見於 iOS 18.2，卻不見於 iPadOS 18.2 及 macOS 15.2。

郵件自動分類暫時只適用於 iOS 18.2

相信大家昨天更新手上的 iPhone 15 Pro / Pro Max / 16 系列時，開啟「郵件」app 已發現可用郵件自動分類功能。我們不需按任何按鈕，程式已會自動根據收件匣內不同郵件的標題、內容，自動分類為「主要」、「交易」、「更新」及「推廣」四類。

不過奇怪的是，這本來適用於 iOS / iPadOS 及 macOS 內的「郵件」app，但新系統推出後只可見於 iOS 18.2……

由於蘋果從沒有說過「郵件」app 的電郵自動分類功能只適用於 iOS 版的「郵件」app，因此暫時只有 iOS 版的「郵件」app 可用，就成為了奇怪的問題。

向來緊貼蘋果最新消息的彭博新聞記者 Mark Gurman 認為，只有 iOS 18.2 可用電郵自動分類功能看來是一項突兀的錯誤。即使 iOS 可用的功能用於 macOS 需要進行轉換，因此有所延遲，還算是說得過去，但是與 iOS 18.2 關係密切的 iPadOS 18.2，同樣未能使用，就不太合理。

目前情況看來，蘋果並沒有遇上特別的問題，但就不知何故只安排 iOS 18.2 可使用電郵自動分類功能。其中一個可能的原因，就是蘋果衝量過開發資源分配問題，惟有先為 iPhone 用家提供此功能。至於其他用家，則仍要再等蘋果的公布。
