MacBook Pro 用戶投訴！Premiere Pro 軟件問題竟然令揚聲器受損！

Touch Bar 世代的 MacBook Pro 揚聲器認真多災多難，繼兩年前安裝 Windows 會壞揚聲器之後，今日安裝 Premiere Pro 也可能會壞揚聲器。

有 MacBook Pro 用戶在 Adobe 支援討論區投訴，說 Adobe Premiere Pro CC 出現一個可大可小的問題，他們在設定影片的聲音選項的時候，揚聲器突然發出很嘈雜的聲響，最終令 MacBook Pro 揚聲器損壞，不能使用。這帖子早在 2018 年 11 月出現，受影響的版本包括 12.0.1 和 12.0.2 版本。

Adobe 曾提供解決方法，包括在 Premiere Pro 的 Audio Hardware 選項之中設定「No Input」，但有用戶卻表示沒作用。其中一個曾將此事爆料給 MacRumors 網站的受害者 Alvin Shen 表示因為揚聲器變壞，蘋果將 MacBook Pro 的揚聲器、鍵盤、觸控板和電池一併更換，需要付出 US$600 維修費用。

目前 Adobe 和蘋果未有官方回覆，但相信兩者已開始尋找解決方案。
