出問題 有新 MacBook Pro 用家投訴鍵盤質素參差

無論是 Windows，還是 Mac 機，鍵盤對一般作業都相當重要。手感好否，都會影響工作效率。有已購買最新 MacBook Pro 的用家投訴，指出他們手上的 MacBook Pro 鍵盤有問題。

新 MacBook Pro 與 12 吋 MacBook 一樣，用上了蝴蝶形的按鈕。不過，這設計並非人人受落。投訴人指出，部分按鈕失靈，有些按鈕按下來時則特別高音，不能提供一致的打字體驗。

受影響的用家已透過蘋果官方支援網站及 MacRumors 的論壇作出投訴。雖然蘋果官方未有就事件作出回應，但有受影響的用家表示當他們將有問題的 MacBook Pro 送回蘋果，Touch Bar 版本的 MacBook Pro 可獲換機安排，至於非 Touch Bar 版本的機則會進行維修，總算回應了用家的需要。
