YouTube 頻道 Martin Nobel 就嘗試在 M1 Mac 系列運行 QEMU 虛擬機器運行 ARM 版 Windows 10（32bit），開啟 Edge 瀏覽器進行 Geekbench 5 跑分，結果單核跑分 1515，多核跑分 4998，比原生安裝 Windows 10 的 Surface Pro X 的 793（單核）和 3113（多核）還要高一截。[the_ad_placement id=”ad2″]

Mac 在 2000 年代從 PowerPC 架構改用 Intel x86 架構之後，當時用戶可以利用 Boot Camp 安裝 Windows，但 2020 年推出 Apple Silicon 架構 Mac 之後，就不再支援 Boot Camp。之不過蘋果軟件工程高級副總裁 Craig Federighi 指蘋果並沒有封殺 M1 Mac 運行採用「以類似晶片運行」的 Windows（暗指 ARM 版 Windows），將 ARM 版 Windows 安裝到 Apple Silicon 架構 Mac，原來不是一個夢。
