傳 Logitech 收購耳機生產商 Plantronics　Logitech 發聲明否認

 早前路透社傳電腦配件生產商 Logitech 有意收購耳機生產商 Plantronics，作價達 22 億美元，最快下星期開始收購，收購完成後 Logitech 可擴大無線耳機的版圖，但是，Logitech 卻否認這回事。

Logitech 在官網發聲明回應指 Logitech 有意就潛在收購 Plantronics 進行討論，但有關談判已經中止，Logitech 亦不會回應更多有關事件的資訊。

Logitech（羅技）是主要電子產品配件生產商，較有名的產品包括電腦、平板和手機的滑鼠和鍵盤，另外也發售智能家區裝置、網絡攝錄機和揚聲器等等裝置。而 Plantronics（繽特力）是主要商用和個人耳機生產商，如果 Logitech 成功收購 Plantronics。
