iPhone 12不配備充電器 蘋果被巴西告到罰款200萬美元

蘋果公司最新發布的iPhone 12系列手機因為沒有配備充電器，被巴西消費者監督機構Procon-SP處以200萬美元的罰款。

美國商業內幕網站21日報導稱，去年10月，蘋果公司表示，出於環保考慮，iPhone 12系列手機將不再配備充電器或耳機。但Procon-SP認為，並沒有看到蘋果為此帶來了任何環境效益。該機構批評蘋果公司涉嫌進行誤導性廣告宣傳，銷售不帶充電器的設備，以及存在不公平條款。

蘋果公司曾表示，出於環保考慮，iPhone 12系列手機將不再配備充電器或耳機。

Procon-SP 的管理人員在罰款 200 萬美元後同時再向蘋果發出了嚴厲警告，稱蘋果需要尊重和理解巴西的消費者法律和制度，除了缺少充電器外，蘋果還因誤導客戶有關 iPhone 的防水性能而被罰款，例如雖然 iPhone 12 經過 IP68 認證，但 Procon-SP 表示蘋果卻不會維修進水的 iPhone 設備，或有違巴西消費者的法律。

Procon-SP 的管理人員向蘋果罰款 200 萬美元。
