不能使用保護套及保護貼　有iPhone 12 Mini用家稱手機無法觸控操作

為了使手機不受損傷，不少人都會為手機配置保護套及螢幕保護貼，iPhone 12的用家也不例外。可是，部分人反映套用保護套及保護貼後，手機就無法觸控操作。

不少 iPhone 12 用家取得新機後，都會第一時間為機身加配機身保護套及螢幕保護貼。可是，部分用家發現此時手機的螢幕就會無法感應觸控操作。當這些用家同時只移除螢幕保護貼及機身保護套，手機就會回復正常。若只是移除螢幕保護貼而繼續套用機身保護套，觸控輸入失靈的問題則間歇出現。

目前，只有 iPhone 12 Mini 用家發現上述問題，暫未見其他 iPhone 12 / 12 Pro / 12 Pro Max 用家發現同類問題。而問題成因暫時仍不明，軟件及硬件問題皆有可能，需要等待蘋果進一步調查及解釋。
