iPad Air 4 把 Touch ID 集成在 Power 鍵！蘋果高管：難以置信的工程壯舉

當 Android 手機廠商已經將玩厭了有指紋認證的 Power 鍵之後（特別是 SONY），蘋果終於高調地宣佈 iPad Air（第 4 代）終於在 Power 鍵加入 Touch ID 鍵，而且蘋果高層對於能夠達標感到自豪。

蘋果產品營銷副總裁 Bob Borchers 和蘋果硬件工程副總裁 John Ternus 接受 YouTuber iJustine 和  Jenna Ezarik 的 Same Brain podcast，講到目前 iPad 系列以及 iPad Air（第 4 代）的開發流程。[the_ad_placement id=”ad2″]

Borchers 指將 Touch ID 感應器以更小的形式效進 Power 鍵是「難以置信的工程壯舉」，Ternus 解釋指將 Touch ID 變身更幼的比例是具相當的挑戰性。感應器需要非常敏感，而且必須在初始註冊過程中以及以後的時候，能夠捕獲更廣闊指紋數據。[the_ad_placement id=”ad2″]
