蘋果宣佈已確定在某些情況下，少數 iPad Air（第 3 代）裝置的螢幕可能會永久呈現空白的狀態，螢幕變空白前可能會出現短暫的閃爍或是閃光，今次受影響的裝置是在 2019 年 3 月到 2019 年 10 月之間製造的 iPad Air （第 3 代），其他 iPad 機型不在本方案範圍內。[the_ad_placement id=”ad2″]

蘋果及蘋果授權維修中心將免費維修受影響的裝置，如果有同類問題者可向尋找蘋果授權維修中心或向 Apple Store 零售店預約時間。在進行任何維修服務前，蘋果會先檢查您的 iPad Air 以確認是否符合本方案資格。
