多個iPhone型號受影響　部分iOS 14.7.1用家稱更新後手機沒有網絡

早前，蘋果為iPhone用家推出了iOS 14.7.1，不少用家都已將系統更新至此版本。不過，部分用家發現更新系統後手機無法偵測網絡，影響日常使用。



部分用家於蘋果的網上論壇投訴指，手上的iPhone更新至iOS 14.7.1後，手機無法偵測網絡，無法正常撥電話或接收來電。受影響的iPhone涉及多個型號，包括iPhone 6s、7、8及11。

本身蘋果有於官方網站教導一眾受影響的iPhone用家，除了確認身處地方是否被網絡覆蓋，亦可嘗試重設網絡設定、重新插入SIM卡、重新開啟手機或檢查「電訊商設定」是否有更新等。不過，有受影響的用家指出，即使他們有依照指示處理，但都無法解決問題。

早前有消息指，蘋果正在開發iOS 14.8，但未知道與現有的iOS 14.7.1相比有甚麼變化。由於無法搜尋網絡影響用家日常使用手機，或許蘋果會於iOS 14.8更新中順道解決上述問題。
